The design of the Anhui South Machine Tool HMC630 horizontal machining center adopts a mechatronics integrated structure, with electrical control cabinets and pneumatic devices installed on the machine body, reducing the footprint and simplifying handling and installation. The spindle has a high rigidity structure and can perform high-precision cutting machining. The overall structure of the column is a "door style" frame with good rigidity. The centerline of the main shaft is on the same plane as the centerline of the two guide rails of the column, and the deformation of the main shaft system is small, resulting in high machining accuracy.
